1 lb. ground beef
3 lg. potatoes
3 lg. carrots
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Tear off 24 inch strips of aluminum foil, 4 pieces. Pat out hamburger patty. Cut up potatoes, onions, carrots. Lay on top of patty. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Fold in foil to seal. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
