SONNY'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into bite sized pieces
2 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 big onion
2 cans tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 c. carrots
2 c. potatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. can green beans
1 c. corn
1 c. peas
Pepper to taste

Brown meat. Add celery, onion, salt, bay leaves, and curry powder; add 1 1/2 quarts water. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add remaining vegetables (except cabbage), tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook 45 more minutes. Add cabbage for another 30 minutes of cooking.
