HOT FUDGE CAKE | |
SAUCE: 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 3/4 c. canned evaporated milk 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar and cocoa, mix thoroughly so that cocoa isn't clumped. Add milk and microwave 3 1/2-4 minutes on High (until boiling hard). Remove, add butter and vanilla. Make boxed Devil's Food cake mix. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut in squares, cut each square in half crosswise. Put vanilla ice cream in between top and bottom and cover with hot fudge sauce. |
