NEW POTATOES WITH HERBS 
1 lb. sm. red potatoes
1 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Prick unpeeled potatoes with fork. Microwave on high until tender. Mix basil, chives, lemon juice, oil, and pepper in a bowl. Add to the potatoes and mix lightly. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
