ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
Scant tsp. salt
1 qt. half and half milk
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation or Pet milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 Junket tablets

Heat the milks, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix well; add to milk. Last add Junket tablets and pour in freezer can. Let junkets clabber milk before freezing.

NOTE: If you want chocolate ice cream add 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup more sugar. This is added when other sugar and eggs are added.
