2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. half & half
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon extract
6 Junket tablets
1/4 c. warm water

Mix all ingredients with mixer in large bowl. Fill ice cream freezer to within 1 1/2 inches of the top of the freezer with all ingredients and milk.
