BASIC BISCUIT MIX 
8 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco

Stir dry ingredients until well mixed. Cut in shortening until well blended. Store in tightly covered container in cool place. Use within 1 month. Makes 10 cups.

BISCUITS:

2 c. mix
1/3 to 1/2 c. water

MUFFINS:

1 c. mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 egg, beaten

PANCAKES:

1 c. mix
1/2 c. water
1 beaten egg
