BAKED STUFFED APRICOTS 
2 cans apricot halves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened

Combine dry ingredients; mix in butter and flavoring. Stuff drained apricots and bake until browned in oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
