CHEESY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. basil
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat; drain fat. Add garlic, basil, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Cook noodles; rinse. In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, and pepper. Place half the noodles in an oiled pan. Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles, spread half the meat mixture over cottage cheese, sprinkle half the Mozzarella cheese over the meat. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
