ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
1/2 stick butter
1 c. American cheese, grated
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Slice potatoes and cook until almost done. Layer ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour milk on top. Bake in 325 degree oven until brown and bubbly.
