TEXAS CAVIAR 
2 cans blackeyed peas with jalapenos
1/2 c. Paul Newman salad dressing
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper
Tabasco or picante sauce to taste

Drain peas. Add bell pepper and onion. Mix well with dressing and seasonings. Marinate overnight or longer.
