SALMON CAKES | |
1 small-medium can salmon 1 egg Cooking oil 2 tbsp. flour Salt to taste Pepper to taste Drain juice from salmon. Mash salmon with fork and add a well beaten egg. Then add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Brown on each side and they will be done. |
