SALMON CAKES 
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (5 slices)
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained

Beat eggs slightly, add salmon, bread crumbs, celery and green onion. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Fry in oil 10 minutes.
