TORTELLINI SOUP 
1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage, remove casing
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. cubed green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
2 cans Campbell's condensed chicken broth
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg. tortellini
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
10 3/4 oz. chicken broth

In large saucepan over medium high heat cook sausage, zucchini, green pepper, onions and garlic with oregano until done; stir to separate meat into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
