CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fillet of sole 6 to 10 oz. flaked crabmeat 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. melted butter 1 c. crushed croutons 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 egg 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce Place sole in bottom of buttered casserole. Mix other ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup croutons and some melted butter to sprinkle over top. Place crab mixture on top of sole. Sprinkle with crouton-butter mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
