1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients with a mixer. Serve with sliced apples. Best when made ahead.
