ATHENIAN DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. white crab meat
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
6 sprigs celery, chopped fine
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. hot sauce
12 soda crackers, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. water
1 tbsp. chopped pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)

Saute onions and celery in butter until almost done. Stir in seasonings and crab meat; mix well over low flame. Add cracker crumbs and water, blending thoroughly. Put in baking casserole, top with buttered crumbs, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until brown. Makes 6 servings.
