MINCEMEAT PIE 
1 (9 oz.) Block mincemeat
1 1/2 c. water
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. carton sour cream
2 pie crusts, unbaked

Break mincemeat up in pan; add water and simmer until heated well. Beat egg yolks. Mix sugar and cornstarch; add sour cream and eggs to this. Mix well. Mix with mincemeat and cook until thickened. Add a lump of butter. Pour into an uncooked pie shell and top with top crust. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is done.
