CHICKEN SWISS 
3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned
6 slices Swiss cheese
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine
Garlic and onion croutons
1/2 c. melted butter
Seasonings to taste

Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and cover each with a slice of Swiss cheese. Combine soup with white wine and pour over chicken. Crush enough croutons to cover top of chicken and sprinkle with seasonings. Sprinkle crouton/seasonings mixture over meat. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
