JEAN STEWART'S CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn chips
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Crush with a rolling pin 2 cups of corn chips in a plastic bag. In a medium bowl, beat milk and egg with a wire whisk. Add corn chip crumbs, corn, onion and pepper and stir until well mixed. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
