EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 pkg. cake mix (white, yellow or chocolate)
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 pkg. chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour dry cake mix, cooking oil, water and eggs into mixing bowl and mix until mixture is smooth. Add chocolate chips and nuts a little at a time until all are evenly mixed into dough mixture.

Spoon mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet - bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove cookie sheet from oven and let cookies partially cool before removing them from the cookie sheet and placing on surface to continue cooling.

Makes approximately 4 to 5 dozen soft cookies.
