FUDGE KRISPIES 
11 1/2 oz. pkg. (2 c.) milk chocolate morsels (or semi-sweet chips)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
4 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Combine chocolate pieces, butter and corn syrup in medium-size saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and sugar. Add cereal, mixing lightly until well coated. Spread evenly in greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
