GARLIC BUBBLE BREAD
1 loaf frozen white bread
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Thaw dough and bring to room temperature. Mix together melted butter, egg, parsley, salt and garlic powder. Cut off pieces of dough about the size of a walnut. Dip into the butter-egg mixture and place the pieces of dough into a well greased loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2.)

Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a moderately hot oven (375 degree oven) for 30 minutes or until done.

Cool in pan on a wire rack about 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooking on rack. Can be frozen in foil, thawed and reheated.
