HAM SALAD DELUXE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. celery flavor gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. (3/4 lb.) cooked finely chopped ham
1 2/3 c. (1 tall can) evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a bowl pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool slightly. Add ham, evaporated milk, celery, onion, relish, pimiento, mustard and pepper, mixing well. Turn into loaf pan and chill until firm. 6 servings.
