FRENCH STEW 
2 lb. cubed sirloin, round steak or stew meat
2 onions, sliced
1 1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 oz. mushrooms with liquid
Salt and pepper

Grease casserole. Mix ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees, 3 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
