SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. yellow squash
2 sm. onions
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herbal stuffing

Cook squash until tender and drain. Mix 1/2 of stuffing with melted butter and pour into 11 x 9 inch baking dish. Save some of the bread crumbs for topping. Combine all other ingredients including stuffing and mix well. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees in conventional oven or approximately 10 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
