PARTY PUNCH | |
3 c. sugar 6 c. water 3 oz. pkgs. mixed fruit Jello 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice 1 qt. orange juice (in carton not frozen) 1/2 c. 100% pure Minute Maid lemon juice concentrate 2 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes. Add Jello, cool slightly. Then add pineapple, orange and lemon juices. Mix well. Freeze mixture in half-gallon milk cartons. Set out of freezer for 2 hours before serving. Add a bottle of ginger ale for each carton of frozen punch mixture used. Punch is best when slushy but also good when thoroughly melted. Frozen mixture keeps well. Makes 50 servings. |
