BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 large chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix rice and undiluted soups. Pour in 13x9-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over rice. Dip chicken in melted butter. Place on top of rice. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 300°F, uncovered, for 2 hours. Cover with foil and cook about 35 to 40 minutes. Uncover the last 15 minutes and finish cooking and brown.

Serves 6 to 8.
