CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. Spry
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Little milk

Place dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Add Spry and work in with fork. Add egg and milk. Stir to form soft dough. Place dough into 10" Pyrex pie plate and press out with hands.

FILLING:

1 lb. Farmers cheese
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
3 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Use same bowl. Beat cheese with electric beaters until smooth. Add sugar and cornstarch. Beat. Add eggs, butter, sour cream and vanilla; one ingredient at a time. Beat and blend after each addition. Pour into pie crust and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Open oven door slightly and let cheese cake cool in oven.
