PARMESAN & CHEESE DRESSING 
1 gallon salad dressing or heavy mayo
2 lbs. crumbled blue cheese
2 lbs. fine chopped cheddar cheese
2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. celery salt
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chives
1/4 c. parsley

Place all ingredients in mixer or large bowl with a paddle. Blend for 3 minutes at low speed and add 3 minutes at a high speed (DO NOT WHIP). Place in a sealed container in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before using (best if cooled). NOTE: Dashes are drops.
