VEGETABLES IN PARMESAN DRESSING 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli flowerets
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 onion, minced
8-10 slices bacon, browned and crumbled

Combine above raw ingredients and bacon.

DRESSING:

Mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss with vegetables. Chill several hours.
