OVEN EGGS AND BACON | |
1/2 lb. (12 slices) bacon 1/2 lb. chopped onion or less 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick 3 eggs 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the casserole dish. Cut bacon in 1/3 inch. Cook and stir bacon over medium heat until almost crisp. Add onion, cook stirring frequently until bacon is crisp. Drain, spread bacon and onion in the bottom of the casserole. |
