6 c. water
1 strip of wakame, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot, sliced diagonal
1 parsnip, diced (optional)
1 c. diced kale or watercress
2/3 c. whole wheat noodles
3 tbsp. barley miso
