OATMEAL PAN COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, stirring until thickened. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper. Let cool, then store in airtight container. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
