2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2/3 stick butter, melted
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
4 c. softened vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

Mix the first 2 ingredients and press in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix as directed on package for pudding with milk. Add softened ice cream and blend. Pour this mixture into prepared crust. Top with Cool Whip, chopped cherries and/or shaved chocolate.
