PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 pkg. Royal pistachio instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Melt butter and mix well with crackers crumbs. Line 2 x 8 x 8 or similar size dish with crumbs. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions. Fold into softened ice cream and put in dish. Reserve some cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top. Keep in refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.
