MICRO SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 (3 1/2) c. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Swiss cheese (grated)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat milk, butter, and seasoning on high for 2 minutes. Pour over potatoes. Add cheese and cover. Put in 2 quart casserole, cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
