BARBECUE RIBS 
Ribs (enough for family)
4 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of cloves

Brown the ribs and place in a baking dish. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the barbecue mix over the ribs and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour (more depending on the size of the ribs).

Chicken may be substituted for the ribs.
