MAGICAL QUICHE | |
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. finely chopped onions 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained 2 c. milk 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Or use 1/3 pound ham, cut into small pieces. Combine bacon (or ham), cheese, onion and corn. Spread in a greased 10-inch quiche pan or a deep 10-inch pie pan. Place remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour over mixture in quiche pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to set for 3 minutes before serving. |
