BACON-CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. half and half
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
Salt & pepper

Bake pie shell about 10 minutes (or lightly colored) in a preheated 350 degree oven. Combine cheese and bacon and toss in flour. Combine eggs, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs and cream over dry ingredients; mix. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
