1 lb. Hershey bar, cut up
12 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
Nuts
8 oz. jar marshmallow topping
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Mix together the chocolate bar, bits, nuts and topping in a large bowl. Boil together the sugar and evaporated milk for 4 1/2 minutes. Pour this mixture over the chocolate mixture in bowl, one half at a time. Stir until smooth. Place on a cookie sheet and cool.
