WALNUT FUDGE BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (sm.) dark-sweet chocolate pudding (not instant)
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Granulated sugar

In a saucepan melt butter. Add pudding mix, stir until blended. Add milk, bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cook one minute. Remove from heat. Add sugar and nuts. Stir until blended, add vanilla. Cool until just stiff enough to handle. Then quickly form into 1 inch balls and roll each in granulated sugar. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
