PEANUT FUDGE BALLS 
1 (2 1/2 oz.) Estee milk chocolate bar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
9 Estee fudge cookies
1/2 c. unsalted nuts, finely chopped (3 oz.)

Melt chocolate with peanut butter and evaporated skim milk in pan over low heat or in double boiler; mix well. If wanted use Estee peanut butter. Remove from heat.

Use processor or blender, process cookies into fine crumbs (enough to make 1/2 cup). Add crumbs to chocolate mixture and mix well to soft dough. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and roll in nuts.

Or put cookies into plastic bag and roll with rolling pin to make crumbs.
