FUDGE BALLS 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
1 1/2 c. fructose
1 env. Butter Buds, dry
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. chocolate extract
9 Estees fudge cookies, ground
1/4 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts, ground
1/4 c. nonfat milk

Mix first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Add peanut butter and milk to boiler and heat until chocolate is melted. Mix boiler contents to cookies and peanuts. Mix thoroughly. Roll into balls or a log. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bite-size pieces.
