PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. Libby's or fresh pumpkin
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. chopped walnuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil, sugar, and pumpkin beat until well blended. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

When using a 9 X 13 inch pan it turns out like pumpkin cake instead of bars. You might want to use a larger pan so they will be thinner.
