1 bag tortilla chips (plain - no salt) 1 jar El Paso taco sauce (hot) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese Mushrooms Place tortilla chips on flat plate. Add sauce on top of chips. Add mushrooms on top of sauce. Grate the different cheeses, topping with cheddar. Heat in microwave oven for 1 minute and 30 seconds on High. |
