SPICY-TOPPED TOMATOES 
4 med. tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. basil leaves
2 tbsp. crushed unsweetened cereal flakes

Arrange tomato halves in 13x9 glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except cereal flakes in small bowl. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture on each tomato half; sprinkle with crushed cereal. Microwave for 4-6 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH (Roast) or until tomatoes are tender. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

NOTE: Recipe does say that you use MEDIUM-HIGH (Roast) setting because mayonnaise is a sensitive ingredient. It can overcook very easily and toughen or curdle.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
