1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 drops Tabasco sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. tomato paste

Saute the onion in the oil until it turns yellow. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if necessary to thin during cooking.
