1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut
3 tbsp. grenadine
1 tbsp. vodka
1/3 cup orange juice
ice
1/4 cup Malibu coconut rum
2 tbsp. Bacardi rum
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup pineapple juice
8 strawberries

In a blender cream coconut cream and grenadine. Add vodka, orange juice and ice. Blend on high for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 45 seconds. Pour into martini glasses and serve.

Variation: For a kid-friendly version for the entire family to enjoy, take out both rums and the vodka. The kids will love its sweet flavor.
