“PINA COLADA” IS IN:

PINA COLADA 
1 tbsp. light rum
1 (8 oz.) can coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez)
2/3 cup pineapple juice

In a blender, combine rum and coconut cream. Blend for 30 seconds. Stop and pour in pineapple juice. Blend for 14 seconds. Pour into 6 martini or daiquiri glasses.

Serves 6 (1/4 cup servings)
